Just where did June go?

I was so incredibly busy with weekends away and planning my daughters 'Arty Party' That blogging got forgotten. Now with the end of July in sight, I'm busy with teacher gifts. I did manage 5 Christmas cards but I will blog about 'Christmas in July' in another post soon.

Back to the teacher gifts. My daughter has had an incredible first year at school and the staff in her foundation stage unit have all been wonderful. So I really wanted to give a gift that shows how much we appreciate their work. Having been a teacher myself I really appreciated the gifts that had that special touch so I decided on a useful and personal post-it note holder. This is what we created. 

Grace drew her teachers and I put together the rest.

We gave the first one out on Friday and her teacher loved it! Seven more to give this week now.
